The Brief

Architecturally designed two storey home in North Sydney.

Our client requested an efficient heating system to serve the ground floor area and both heating and cooling to serve the first floor area.

The house design allowed for very limited roof access.

 

 

 

The Solution

We designed and installed a Daikin inverter reverse cycle ducted air conditioning unit to serve the first floor area. Working with the architect bulkheads within the living areas provided access for air conditioning ductwork. Wall mounted liner bar grilles ensured a modern look

A Brivis gas ducted heating system was selected to ensure efficient heating to the ground floor areas. Under floor ductwork and floor mounted grilles distributed warm air to each individual room

The Brief

Large residential home located in Mulgoa, near Penrith.

Client required individual temperature control of ‘zoned’ areas.

Outdoor unit to be located externally to main residence.

The architecturally designed home has high ceilings and glass external walls

 

 

 

The Solution

We designed a Daikin VRV system complete with six (6) indoor units each with individual temperature control.

Unit 1- A ducted style indoor unit were selected to serve the master bedroom.

Unit 2- A ducted style indoor unit were selected to serve the dining room

Units 3 & 4 – Two slim bulkhead units were selected to serve the Kitchen and Meals area

Units 5 & 6 – Two slim bulkhead units were selected to serve the family area.

The interconnecting pipework ran under the ground to the Daikin VRV outdoor unit behind the detached garage. A separate Carrier ducted air conditioning unit was selected to serve the study and library areas. A Daikin wall mounted highwall split system was selected to serve the cabana

The Brief

Architecturally designed home with limited roof access.

The installation and equipment had to be functional however must not compromise the integrity of the house design.

Equipment selection had to be energy efficient and provide temperature control to different zones throughout the home.

 

The Solution

Design, supply and install three (3) Carrier split ducted air conditioning units.

System one was designed to serve the kitchen, dining and family area. System two was designed to serve formal lounge and home theatre. System 3 was designed to serve the bedrooms 1 to 5.

Linear grilles were supplied and installed to suit the modern design.

In-line exhaust fans were installed to ventilate the bathrooms and laundry.

The Brief

The existing Seaforth waterside residence was experiencing moisture issues as well as poor temperature control. Air conditioning equipment was undersized and lacked performance resulting in fluctuating temperature levels.

The home suffered from extreme moisture problems to the point of zero visibility from the rear windows due to condensation on the glass.

The client required complete control over humidity levels as well as precise temperature control of selected areas of the four level home.

The Solution

Air conditioning equipment was replaced with a commercial grade Toshiba Multi-indoor VRF inverter system. A three pipe version allowing individual heating & cooling operation throughout the home.

10 sensing points throught the home allow for precise measuring & control of the air conditioning, ensuring stable temperatures are maintained.

Ventilation was provided to all wet areas ensuring no moisture was introduced to the living areas. Dehumidifiers installed on each level maintain a constant humdity level of around 50%.

The Brief

We were asked to provide a complete air conditioning solution to a medium sized commercial building in Pymble that was to house multiple tenancies.

The primary focus was to be on high efficiency, unquestionable performance and energy monitoring for each of the tenancy’s.

Although quality & reliability were important. value for money was of the upmost importance.

 

The Solution

A Toshiba VRF multi solution was used to provide the required outcome. State of the art technology allows for precise energy monitoring, allowing the landlord to know exactly how much power has been consumed by each tenancy’s air conditioning system. A number of indoor units are ‘zoned’ throughout the building allow for precise temperature control, also monitored from a main central controller. The bank of Inverter outdoor units ensure heat is rejected and transferred into the building as effectively and efficiently as possible.
