What a service call-out costs
These charges apply to breakdown service call-outs — not maintenance plans or quoted repair and installation work, which are priced separately. If further repairs are needed, you get a quote first.
Normally a technician can advise of any possible additional charges during the first half to one hour, and in many cases the service call is completed within the call-out fee allowance. Many common parts are kept in van stock; due to the vast range of models and brands, some parts may require ordering. Return calls for the initial job don't incur another service fee — only the applicable labour.

When is a technician able to visit my home?
Bookings can vary from same or next day to a number of weeks in advance during the peak periods of Summer & Winter. Technicians are available for AM and PM bookings, Monday to Friday. Call any time — the booking line is answered 24/7.
Can you fix my air conditioner in one visit?
Whilst we aim to have common spare parts in our vehicles, the reality is that there are far too many makes and models of air conditioners to stock spare parts for them all. We will do everything we can to return your unit to operation as quickly as possible.
How can I make payment?
We offer a COD service — payment is due upon completion of a technician visiting your home. If further repairs are required, a follow-up quotation will be sent as soon as possible. Payment can be made by cash or credit card directly to the technician.
Can I fix my air conditioner myself?
To carry out repairs on an air conditioner you must be fully licensed — if you don't know what you are doing you risk serious injury or death. However, there are a number of simple steps a homeowner can do to try and return their unit to normal operation — visit our Knowledge Base for more information.
