Over time a split or ducted system traps dust, dirt, mould and airborne bacteria — it degrades the air in your home and chokes the system, so it works harder, cools less and costs more to run. Our licenced technicians strip it down, deep clean and sanitise it with natural SAN-AIR products — highwall splits, ducted and cassette systems.

Prices include GST. The deep clean covers cleaning and sanitising the system — it doesn't include replacing filters, fault finding or other unrelated work. If something needs repair, you get a quote first. Discounts apply for multiple systems in the one visit.

Before you book

What's the difference between a deep clean and an annual maintenance?

An annual maintenance is a health check — our technicians work through a 40 point checklist, testing and measuring the whole system. A deep clean is exactly that: the system stripped down, cleaned and sanitised inside and out. Plenty of systems get both — the maintenance catches problems early, the deep clean keeps the air healthy.

Will a deep clean fix a musty smell?

Usually, yes — that smell is generally mould or bacteria on the coil, fan barrel or drain pan, which is exactly what the deep clean strips out and sanitises. If the smell points to a bigger moisture problem in the house, we'll tell you straight — we also handle mould and moisture remediation.

Does the deep clean include new filters?

No — the service covers cleaning and sanitising the system itself. If your filter media is due for replacement, it's available from our online store, Ample Air Warehouse, or ask the technician on the day.

When is a technician able to visit my home?

Bookings can vary from same or next day to a number of weeks in advance during the peak periods of summer and winter. Technicians are available for AM and PM bookings, Monday to Friday. Call any time — the booking line is answered 24/7.

How can I make payment?

We offer a COD service — payment is due on completion of the visit, by cash or credit card directly to the technician. If further repairs are required, a follow-up quotation will be sent as soon as possible.
