The brief
One home, comfortable throughout
A substantial new build at Greenwich, on Sydney's lower North Shore — more home than one air conditioning system can comfortably serve.
The brief: consistent comfort throughout, equipment and ductwork out of sight, and a gas fire in the main living room.
The solution
- Two Rinnai ducted reverse-cycle systems — dedicated coverage for different areas of the home, not one oversized compromise.
- Independent control — each system runs its own schedule and setpoints.
- Escea gas fireplace in the main living room.
- Ductwork and penetrations in during the build — nothing retrofitted.
